The following software installations and upgrades will be available after the Friday evening update.
Linux, Mac OS X (PPC and Intel):
Refmac will be updated to 5.3.0037. This is the latest update for this add-on to CCP4.
O has been updated for all platforms from 11.0.3 to 11.0.4. This is a minor update related to the functionality of pdb_read. Please see the release notes for further details.
ClustalW 1.83 will be added. ClustalW is a multiple sequence alignment program and is used by MrBUMP.
Linux Only:

Software updates will be sent to your site on Friday night, April 27. This month, you will receive several updates and a couple of new programs. Immediately after receiving the software updates this Friday, you will be using the newest installed versions. If there are any problems, please report them (http://www.sbgrid.org/bugs). You can always switch to an older version of the application while we work on your request—just use ‘sbgrid -n versions’ for more information. Many of these monthly updates and additions are prompted by member requests, so please do not hesitate to request new applications (http://www.sbgrid.org/req).
