LipIDens

  • Description

    LipIDens is a pipeline for simulation assisted interpretation of lipid or lipid-like densities in e.g. cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM) structures of membrane proteins.

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by LipIDens, run: $ sbgrid-list lipidens Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    LipIDens provides three callable programs:

    python.lipidens

    lipidens_master_run.py

    master_run.py

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install lipidens Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64
