Movie Making for cryoEM using ChimeraX
UCSF Resource for Biocomputing, Visualization, and Informatics
Host: Jason Key
Learn how to make movies showing how molecular structures fit in cryoEM maps using ChimeraX, the next generation version of the UCSF Chimera visualization program. We will make movies that show morphing, ambient occlusion lighting, and density near each fit residue, and will discuss ChimeraX virtual reality capabilities, including 360 degree stereoscopic movie recording.
