MolScript

  • Description

    a program for creating schematic or detailed, publication-quality molecular graphics images from molecular 3D coordinates, usually, but not exclusively, protein structures.

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by MolScript, run: $ sbgrid-list molscript Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    OpenGL enable molscript is the default. The following aliases have been set to use a povray enabled version:

    molscript-pov

    molauto-pov
