  • Description

    the successor to the original LIGPLOT program for automatic generation of 2D ligand-protein interaction diagrams. It is run from an intuitive java interface which allows on-screen editing of the plots via mouse click-and-drag operations.

    To list all executables provided by LigPlot+, run: $ sbgrid-list ligplotplus Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install ligplotplus Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
