The applications listed below are freely available to non-profit labs, but each lab must register individually before we can install the software. If you would like any of these titles included in your installation, please follow the instructions shown:
- autoPROC: submit a license request to Global Phasing, then copy your license file to /programs/local/autoproc/autoproc_licence and the software will start working.
- BUSTER: submit a license request to Global Phasing, then copy your license file to programs/local/buster/buster_licence and the software will start working.
- CCP4, complete the licensing agreement and return the signed document to the STFC Daresbury Laboratory as directed on their webpage.
- CCP-EM, complete the licensing agreement and return the signed document to ccpemlicensing@stfc.ac.uk, as directed on their webpage.
- Schrodinger is only available to labs in North America. It is not included in the standard install due to its size. Please send a request to bugs@sbgrid.org to have it added to your install.
- For the following applications, register using the links below then send a copy of your registration confirmation to us at licensing@sbgrid.org:
- ACEMD: register with Acellera.
- ATSAS: register with EMBL.
- BEST: register with EMBL.
- DelPhi: register with Columbia University.
- ESCET: register with EMBL.
- HKL2MAP: register with EMBL.
- Sassie+: to include Sassie with the courtesy modules, please register for ATSAS with EMBL.
- SHELX: register with George Sheldrick.
- THREADER: register" with University College London.
- VMD-Xplor: register with VMD.
- XDSAPP: register with Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin.
There are a couple of commercial software applications that we can include in your installation for ease of use, but that require you or your institute to have a current license in place. To enable the SBGrid installation for these applications, please do the following:
- d*TREK: send an email to licensing@sbrid.org with information confirming that your license is active.
- HKL2000: copy the license file to the directory /usr/local/lib on each machine and HKL2000 will work.
